IBMA KYOKUSHIN KAI Online Guidance Application
Application for supplementary guidance from Headquarters
This application form is for members of IBMA KYOKUSHIN KAI affiliated dojos
and organizations who are preparing for Dan promotion, aspiring to become
IBMA Certified Instructors, or otherwise recognized as individuals
requiring further development.
Submission of this form does not automatically confirm participation
in the Online Guidance Program.
Headquarters will review the application, including the applicant’s
recommendation or approval status and the requested area of guidance.
Before You Apply
Please make sure that you understand the purpose and conditions
of the IBMA KYOKUSHIN KAI Online Guidance Program before submitting your application.
This program is not a general online private lesson service.
It is a supplementary development program primarily intended for:
- Members preparing for Dan promotion
- Members aspiring to become IBMA Certified Instructors
- Members recommended by their instructor for further development
- Individuals approved by Headquarters for supplementary guidance
If You Are Submitting a Video
When technical review is required, please upload your video to
Google Drive or YouTube using your own account.
Please then submit the viewing URL in the application form below.
You do not need to upload the video file directly to the IBMA website.
Please check that the assigned instructor can access your video before submitting the form.
For Google Drive, the file should normally be set so that the link can be viewed.
For YouTube, please normally use the Unlisted setting.
Guidance Fees
If your application is approved, you will receive separate information
regarding the applicable guidance fee and payment method.
Japan / Region A: ¥1,000 per guidance session
Region B: Equivalent of ¥700 per guidance session
Region C: Equivalent of ¥500 per guidance session
Regional classifications and fees may be changed according to
economic conditions, operating requirements, and other circumstances.

English or Japanese.
